博西家电 Christof Jaeger：“悦味来”博西家电以德系精工烹制中式美味

　　我是博西家用电器(中国)有限公司厨电产品事业部高级副总裁，Christof Jaeger(叶格)， 很荣幸能够参加中国家电网厨电行业高峰论坛。我谨代表博西家电与大家分享一些博西家电近期在技术和产品创新方面的进展，并向大家展示博西家电如何以德系精工烹制中式美味，同时提升中国消费者家居生活品质。

　　I’m Christof Jaeger, the Senior Vice President of Business Unit Kitchen of BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd. It’s an honor for us to participate in the China Kitchen Appliances Industry Summit. On behalf of BSH Home Appliances, I would like to introduce some of our most recent advances in technology and product innovation, as well as explain how BSH’s German craftsmanship can create Chinese flavors in the kitchen while improving the quality of life at home for our Chinese consumers.

　　Food is an important part in our daily life and an element of traditional Chinese culture going back thousands of years. Because of this, kitchens and kitchen appliances have a major impact on the quality of life of Chinese families.

　　在现代中国厨房，我们也看到了新趋势的出现。开放式厨房的发展意味着厨房空间也能够成为家庭交流和聚会的场所。我认为，这与中国家庭持有的价值观紧密相连，他们相信与家人分享美食能够促进和谐的家庭氛围和紧密的亲情关系。当下餐厅、客厅和厨房功能的日趋融合也令我们注意到家电行业所迸发的新机会和新期望。

　　In modern Chinese kitchens, we also see new trends emerging. The trend towards open kitchens means that the space is now also one where the family communicates and a space for all types of gatherings. In my view, this is deeply in-line with Chinese family values and the belief that sharing good food promotes harmony and closeness. Now, by merging the dining room, living room and kitchen, we find there are new opportunities and also new expectations for home appliances.

　　As you can see, consumers are at the center of everything we do. After over two decades in the China market, BSH Home Appliances remains committed to meeting Chinese consumers’ demand for high end home appliances and bringing them premium-led innovations with German craftsmanship. To do this, we’ve worked to develop a localized and diversified portfolio of products that is tailored to local consumers’ habits and to cooking Chinese cuisine – this has won us the trust of a broad range of consumers and we’re acknowledged as an industry leader.

　　Design is also key to that effort. BSH’s design goes beyond everyday functionality – it inspires a new way of living. Every single appliance we produce stands out in three different ways: exceptional technology, eye-catching design, and pioneering built-in solutions. Every feature has been created to make the daily lives of Chinese consumers a bit more extraordinary. In the kitchen, we’re focusing on providing built-in home appliances that redefine cooking experiences and the home environment: appliances that are both beautiful and functional, like our new dishwashers with Zeolith® technology or our newly launched beautiful refrigerators. These stunning built-in appliances make it easy for our consumers to build their ‘dream’ kitchen. But it doesn’t just stop there: outside the kitchen, our other home appliances also marry exquisite design and functionality, such as our washer and dryer sets that enable consumers to enjoy the luxury of complete laundry care unit without the need of a large balcony.

　　凭借领先的创新技术，博西家电采取多种方法来让中国家庭烹制美食的过程变得更加便捷。博西家电旗下品牌西门子家电推出的西门子全能新厨微蒸烤一体机CP269AGS0W搭载智能烹饪系统以及TFT彩屏触摸控制，涵盖5大食品种类和30种中式自动烹饪程序，实现微蒸烤多种烹饪方式全覆盖，可大大缩短烹调时间。西门子studioLine系列嵌入式微波烤箱HM876G2B6W和博世·8系嵌入式蒸汽烤箱是另外两位烹饪中国菜式的好帮手。两款产品均搭载3点精控探针技术，能够持续测量食材内部温度并自动调整烘烤温度和时长，确保食材都能烤得刚刚好，仿佛一位“身经百战”的大厨。此外，西门子studioLine系列电磁灶EX875KYW1W让消费者不受锅具尺寸和预设烹饪区域的限制，自由移动锅具。

　　Using our leading, innovative technologies, BSH has taken a number of measures to make preparing food easier for Chinese families. The Siemens premium 3-in-1 combi oven launched by Siemens Home Appliances, a BSH brand, is equipped with an intelligent cooking system and a large TFT color touchscreen control. It is covering 5 categories of food and featuring 30 different automatic Chinese cooking programs; and with a special Added Microwave function for roasting, but also baking and steaming, you can significantly shorten cooking time. The Siemens studioLine built-in microwave oven and also the Bosch Series 8 built-in steam oven, are two helpers for cooking Chinese dishes. It is both featuring AI multi-sensor Meat Probe technology that continuously detects the temperature of the ingredients and will automatically stop when the core temperature is reached, allowing you to get optimal roasting results every time like an experienced chef. In addition, the Siemens studioLine Induction hob lets consumers move pots and pans freely everywhere on the hob, without being restricted to the size or predefined cooking zones.

　　为了快速响应消费者对无烟烹饪环境的需求，博西家电还推出了具有更大吸力的烟机产品。秉承德系精工的核心理念，我们让更多中国家庭在烹饪中获得愉悦。博世T8智能双净吸油烟机采用最新的时尚、优雅设计，拥有别出心裁的外观和具有质感的颜色。该产品的高效吸烟性能得益于BLDC高效变频电机，能够适应多种厨房格局并达到最佳排烟效果。西门子X7大吸力油烟机采用典雅星云灰材质和干净简单的设计，尽显家居格调。而纤薄机身则使该产品完美地融入厨房的整体设计。该产品更有创新欧侧一体设计，上下双风口包围烹饪区，有效提高拢烟效率。在这一设计中，上进烟口，宽域拢烟，下进烟口，近距拢吸。上下双进风口可更加全面地防止油烟逃逸，创造更清洁的烹饪环境。

　　Responding quickly to consumers' demands for a smoke-free kitchen area, BSH Home Appliances has also launched products with stronger suction strength. While adhering to our core concept of German Craftsmanship, we’re enabling more Chinese families to derive greater joy from cooking. The Bosch Series 8 Side Absorption Ventilation features our latest stunning design, with its very unique shape and premium color. Its high extraction rate is thanks to an advanced BLDC inverter motor that has better performance and optimal extraction for every type of kitchen. The Siemens X7 big suction power cooker hood in an elegant nebular gray material and with a clean, simple design lets consumers show off their refined taste. It features a slim body that allows the hood to integrate perfectly into the kitchen’s overall design. Its innovative double air intakes around the cooking area effectively improves the efficiency of extraction: in this setup, the upper smoke intake collects a wide range of dispersed smoke, while the lower intake close to the smoke source rapidly removes freshly-released smoke. This double-suction feature helps to completely prevent smoke from escaping, for a fresher cooking environment.
