美国ITC发布对小型微波炉-抽油烟机组合的337部分终裁

　　2月18日，美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)发布公告称，对特定小型微波炉-抽油烟机组合(Certain Low-Profile Microwave-Hood Combination Products，调查编码：337-TA-1467)作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年1月23日作出的初裁(No.8-9)不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，分别终止对列名被告瑞典Electrolux Professional AB, Stockholm, Sweden和美国Meyer Corporation, U.S., Vallejo, California的调查。

　　据悉，本次337调查的发起源于2025年11月18日美国惠而浦公司(Whirlpool Corporation of Benton Harbor, Michigan)的立案申请，该公司明确向美国ITC主张，对美出口、在美进口以及在美销售的特定小型微波炉-抽油烟机组合产品，涉嫌侵犯其5项美国注册专利，专利号分别为11,079,118、11,979,967、12,101,865、12,133,317、12,289,819 B2，据此请求美国ITC发布有限排除令和禁止令，以阻止涉嫌侵权产品进入美国市场、在美销售，维护其合法专利权益。
